Roast Pork with Crackling 1.5kg

For a perfect result, first rub oil on the skin, and then rub salt on, ensuring that it goes into the scoring on the skin. Roast in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes at 190* C for a fan oven, 200* regular, then reduce to 180*, adding the roast potatoes, and continue for 1 hour.
